Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@padsempire.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@padsempire.com.
Exceptions
- Damaged or defective items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
- Lost or missing packages: Contact us immediately so we can assist you.
