Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@padsempire.com.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or defective items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for verification.
  • Lost or missing packages: Contact us immediately so we can assist you.
